The Wednesday night time trials are an informal race suited to paddlers of all levels and experience. Time handicaps are given to the faster competitor. The club supports and encourages any paddler wanting to race or learn how to race in a friendly supportive manner. The club runs both introductory and intermediate paddling courses throughout the year and organises several racing events, where our guppies are also building race experience. Social paddling activities take place at different times during the year and many social paddlers meet regularly for a pleasant meander on the river. |
